  • Urgent Delivery: Available at a flat rate of €8 for customers requiring faster delivery. Urgent deliveries are prioritized and aim for next-business-day dispatch.

  • Free Shipping: Orders over €70 qualify for free standard delivery within Ireland.

  • International Shipping: We offer worldwide shipping with rates and delivery times varying by destination. International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location.


2. Order Processing Times

Orders placed before 3:00 PM (local time) are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends and public holidays are processed on the next working day.


3. Delivery Timelines

  • Ireland: Standard delivery takes approximately 3 working days. Urgent delivery ensures faster processing and dispatch.

  • International: Delivery timelines vary by destination. Estimated delivery dates will be provided at checkout.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or carrier delays.


4. Order Tracking

5. Failed Deliveries and Address Errors

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address details, FNJ Collections is not liable for delays or additional shipping charges.
